MY FIRST NATIONAL COVER!!! I'm a little excited can you tell, for a couple of reasons. First of all I loved this house, I scouted it for another big homes magazine and they passed on it. I wasn't going to give up because I knew it was special so I sent it to one of my favorite editors at Southern Living and they scooped it up immediately. I can't help but wonder what the other magazine thought when they saw it on the cover. Anyway, you win some you loose some. I was also tickled to know that Southern Living doesn't have a lot of homes on their covers instead they often opt for food of the sweet variety (can you blame them?).read the article here: Southern Living 7 Ways to Make a New (Old) House
